Bordering Pike National Forest, a phenomenal setting on over 4-acres, a secluded artist studio and direct access to hiking trails and S. Beaver Creek. Elk, deer, bear, eagles & other native wildlife are your neighbors in this unique property. Enjoy comfortable, secluded stay with panoramic mountain views from every room, all less than 15 minutes to the Air Force Academy, 35 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs and 45 minutes to Denver.
Enter the home on the main level, with large windows offering you a panaramic view of Pikes National Forest. This open living space includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living area with a wood burning stove. Your group will love spending time together in this space. On the main level you also have access to one bedroom, a full bathroom, office, and a balcany overlooking the sprawling trees and mountain views. Down to the lower level is a family/movie room with a cozy couch in view of 55” Smart TV ready for streaming. The lowest level has access to the back patio, and additional 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Outdoors

Outdoor spaces are what Colorado is all about and this home is nestled perfectly in a scenic mountain landscaping. The lower back deck is a great place to relax and take in what Colorado has to offer. Gather around the built in gas fire pit, soak in the private/secluded hot tub, or grill out on the gas BBQ, and enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table. Whether its coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening, this will be your favorite space to relax!

Bedrooms

The bedrooms feature brand new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. There are two bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with queen beds at this property.

Wildlife and Animals

You may encouter neighboring farm dogs or farm animals while at the property. Due to the property backing up to a national forest, you will also encounter wildlife of all kinds. This does include potentially dangerous animals such as bears, elk, etc.

Children

Those travelling with little ones will love that we have a pack n play, high chair, and kids toys and books. We also have kids plates, cups and flatware. Because this home is located near a national forest with lots of wildlife and areas with steep drop offs, we do advise that children are always monitored when outdoors.

Laundry

There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board onsite. We provide laundry detergent for you to use.

Bathrooms

There are three full bathrooms with full size bathtub and showers. We provide spa quality bodywash, hand soap, cotton swabs and extra rolls of toilet paper.

Parking

The property has a two car garage and large driveway that will accomodate multiple vehicles for private off street parking.

The drive to the house is mostly paved, however you will encounter a short half mile drive along a graded dirt road approaching the property and home. Vehicles with 4WD/AWD are highly encouraged during winter season.

QUIET HOURS: From 9pm to 8am out of respect for our city permit and nearby neighbors. No parties or events permitted at all. NO SMOKING: There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home, and no open flames or smoking permitted outdoors. This is striclty enforced out of extreme caution and respect of the national forest. A $350 deep cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken. WILDLIFE AND ANIMALS: This home backs to a national forest, and has many neighboring properties with free roaming dogs and farm animals. Guests understand that they may encounter animals on the property, to include dangerous animals such as bears, elk, snakes, etc. Guests are expected to use caution and respect all animals and wildlife. VISITORS: Maximum of 8 guests allowed at property. All guests must be listed on your reservation prior to arrival, as no unregistered individuals are permitted on the property. This ensures we comply with our permit, and insurance policies. Thank you. PROPERTY LINES: Guests are expected to abide by all identified property lines and no trespassing signs. This is not only respectful of our neighbors land and the national forest, but also ensures the safety of both people and animals. **Guests will be asked to leave without refund if house rules are broken.
