*Trash taken out to covered garbage cans in bear cage to the left of the cabin when exiting
*Dishes placed in dishwasher with it running when you leave
* Please make sure you haven't left any belongings such as power cords, personal items etc.
* Make sure fireplace is powered off upon leaving
* Please remove any food from the refrigerator
* Used towels can remain in the bathroom showers
Before you go, could you please:
*Check to make sure you have all charger cords
*Log out of any personal accounts on the TV
* Check rooms, drawers, closets, showers & under beds for any personal items
* Turn the hot tub down to 100 degrees
* Lock all outside doors
* Lock the front door on your way out, just press the lock icon on the front door.
*No late check in/out. If a guest does not vacate property by 10 am on the scheduled day of departure there will be a $50 fee for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guests fails to vacate the property.
*No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other events that are out of our control.
* Cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters. There have been bear sightings as well so please be aware and do not feed them or leave trash outside and please keep a lengthy distance from them if seen!
