Recently renovated home that is perfect for a large or multi-family vacation with two separate kitchens and living areas.

Upper floor has high ceilings and a modern kitchen with newer appliances, quartz counter tops, a/c and fantastic fall/winter views. Ample space for entertaining friends and family in an open concept living area. Warm up by the fire pit after a day of skiing or hang out on the porch after a day of hiking.

Downstairs unit has many upgrades including granite counter tops & appliances in kitchen. NOTE - There is no a/c on the bottom floor but it does stay cool during the summer.

In the summer use the association beach on the Saco and in winter be @ Attitash in 5 minutes. Storyland in less than 10 minutes away.

This property is close to everything in the White Mountains has to offer!!

House Rules
1. No smoking inside the house or within 20 ft of an open window or door.
2. No pets without prior written approval of the homeowner.
3. No house parties, bachelor / bachelorette parties, graduation parties, etc.
4. NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITIES: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors. Complaints of undue noise, disturbing the peace, or illegal activities shall be cause of immediately vacating the premises, voiding rental agreement and forfeiting all monies paid.
5. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
6. No occupancy above 9 persons (which includes all children ages 0 and up).
7. Fireworks and other hazardous materials may not be used in or around the Property or at the association beach.
8. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. unless pre-arranged otherwise with the Homeowner in advance. Late check outs may be subject to docking of the deposit.
9. The Homeowner reserves the right to install and operate security/image capture devices on the property outside of the house for the express purpose of securing the property, driveway, entryway, parking, dwelling and its contents and ensuring adherence to occupancy limits and other policies.
10. Complimentary wifi is available (typical speed up to 100 Mbps). Connection speed and availability is not guaranteed and may vary depending upon location on the property.
11. The Property is on well and septic. Guest understands that they may be charged above and beyond the Deposit amount if prohibited items are flushed & clog or damage plumbing or the septic system.
12. The Property sits on a hill and is NOT fenced and surrounded by natural landscape, small children should always be supervised by a capable adult.

$500 security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of check out
Cancellation Policy
Full refund available if cancelled before 30 days of arrival date. If cancelling within 30 days of arrival, we will do our best to rebook the reservation and if successful will refund the difference (if any) between the rebooked rate and the original rate.
Notes
The person making the reservation must be 25+ years old. A rental agreement will need to be completed and signed by the original person making the reservation and accompanied with a copy of a valid government-issued ID that matches the person making the reservation.
