Our stay at Moose Lake was peaceful and relaxing. Briar and Patrick were wonderful hosts. Very easy to contact and they responded promptly. We wpuld definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin on the lake. Exactly like the pictures show. Owners explained everything in detail so we didn’t have any questions or concerns when we arrived, but still provided contact information. So looking forward to going back next year!

This was a beautiful spot right on the water. We went to Hayward to go UTV’ing. The trails are right down the road. There are a couple great restaurants down the road as well. The photos didn’t do the property justice. It is a beautiful home and very cozy. I highly recommend!

This cabin is cozy and just as described. We had everything we needed for a relaxing summer stay at the lake. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again for any season! We brought our 20’ pontoon over and had just enough room to tie off at the dock in front of the boat house. The owners have a large pontoon on a lift on the opposite side of the dock, so just know that space is really limited if you have a larger boat.

Great place to stay for outdoor activities all year long. Close access to trails for walking and snow activities but also on a lake for summer fun. Cozy interior feels like home and very relaxing. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking to disconnect and enjoy what northern WI has to offer.

House Rules
USE OF PREMISES. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.

FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. Again, there are absolutely NO fireworks allowed to be discharged on premises.

ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, basic kitchen accessories, kitchen, hand and dish soap, fire pit.

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach towels, bathroom soap and hair shampoo, firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD's for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. It is hereby agreed and understood by all parties, that the maximum number of guests on-site is limited to the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. In the event, a Tenant is determined that more than the max occupancy of guests are on-site, other than visiting, this may be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.

CAMPERS OR TENTS: No campers or tents are allowed on-premises.

CHECK OUT TIME: is 10:00 AM. If no prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout, you may be charged up to $150 per hour to cover the extra time housekeeping must wait.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. It is understood and agreed by the parties, that any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.

INDEMNIFICATION. It is hereby understood and agreed that 1919 Properties, LLC, Property Owners and its employees, agents, or principals and assigns, shall not be liable for any and all damage or injury to or of the Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or other persons entering the premises and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1919 Properties LLC and Property Owners harmless for any and all claims or assertions of any kind or nature as a result of injuries which may occur on the premises. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any damage or injury which may be incurred by Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any other person for damages or injuries which may arise from any contact, act, inaction, interaction from any and all animals, domestic or wild, which such damage or injury occurs on the premises.

EMERGENCY ACCESS. It is understood and agreed that the Landlord shall have access to the premises at all times for emergency purposes. If it is a non-emergency, Landlord shall be required to provide Tenant with a twenty-four (24) hour notice, which may be verbal and/or written. Tenant agrees to not unreasonably withhold access to the premises.

IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.

Full payment paid at time of booking. Payment will be processed via Stripe Financial services. We do not accept checks or money orders. Card payment only.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
