Enjoy our 2 bedroom condo newly updated with a clean and cozy feel. Tucked away in Townsend Tn, Located right inside Cades Cove Reserve you are steps from outdoor adventure and just a hop away from downtown Pigeon Forge.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, dining room, and a relaxing back patio.

The Master Bedroom has a fresh restful feel, with space for all yours needs plus a 42" TV. The attached master bathroom has full amenities and a walk in shower.

The Second Bedroom Sleeps 3 with a set of bunk beds full over queen, which gives you options for couples or a family with kiddos! Also with it's own TV and attached full bathroom with a step in tub.

The Living room feels warm and welcoming, and has a couch with a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, loveseat, and swivel recliner, with a 65" TV, electric fire place & board games.

Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster ,crock pot, coffee pot, wine glasses, coffee cups, as well as kids dinner ware.

House Rules

Trash: Please take all trash to dumpsters at the exit gate.

Pool Hours: 11am - 8pm

Noise: Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties—especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.), and upon arrival and departure, as during the stay.

Parking: You may park 2 vehicles at the property. *MUST USE PARKING PASS*

Eating areas: Eating and drinking should be limited to the kitchen and dining areas. Please refrain from eating/drinking in the bedrooms or living room.

Dishes: Please put all dishes in the dishwasher upon departure, start dishwasher before check out.

Maintenance: Please inform the host in the event that anything breaks or isn’t functioning properly, and we will do our best to address it during your stay.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange any of the furniture within the property. Outdoors, there are patio chairs that you can rearrange as you please.

Fire prevention: Do not smoke or use candles indoors, and be sure to turn off the stove when it’s not in use to prevent fires.

Appliances and electronics: TV usage is allowed for guests during the entire duration of their stay with guest accounts, as to once you depart it clears any and all activity.

Illegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.

Payment Policy

Payment will be due in full 30 days prior to checking in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Using the security deposit only for specified purposes, such as unpaid rent or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Returning the security deposit within 10 days of check out, along with an itemized list of any deductions.
Following proper procedures if deductions need to be made.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a reservation 14 days prior to the day of the reservation check-in date, both online, through the app, or through the contacting the owner for a full refund. A $10.00 cancellation fee AND forfeit the first night's fees if cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date (not to exceed the total paid for the original reservation).

Notes

Modifications:

No Shows: No shows will incur a $20 no-show fee and forfeit the first night's use fee.

Early Departures:
If a guest departs prior to their reservation's scheduled check-out date, they may be eligible for a partial refund depending on whether the facility is able to mark and make the site available to new visitors. Please remember that reservations at these facilities prevent other visitors from using these sites and so early departures may not be eligible for refunds.
Please notify the owner if you choose to depart early to allow others to use the unit. If guest request an early departure after the facility check-out time, the customer will not receive a refund for that night.
