Modern Style Lakefront Retreat - Stevens Point

For checking in, on the front entry door trim board (right side) we have a white lockbox with a key inside. The code to the box is 8340, then the button on the top of the front cover slides down to open and reveal the key to the front entry door. It closes the same way. We tried to find a smartlock for the front door, but at the moment, there isn't a vendor that we've found that makes one compatible with the 3 point locking mechanism on the front door, so we're stuck with a good old fashioned metal key. Once inside, please make yourself at home! The garage door opener will be on the bench when you first walk in if you wish to park your car inside or just want to use it to stage gear or supplies. If you want to get out on the water, we have two kayaks and one canoe located on the backside of the house (under the overhang of the master bedroom). We also supply 2 adult PFD's and one child PFD, which will be hanging in the garage. Additionally, there is some firewood located in that same area (underneath the overhang of the master suite), should you want to use the firepit and hang out by the water at night. Should you need more than we provide or have on site, it would be the guests responsibility. Again, I want to thank you for choosing us as a host!!!
