Modern 5-Star home, perfect for your family getaway! With space to sleep 10, there is plenty of room to come spend an unforgettable vacation exploring all that the area has to offer. Ideally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and in a quiet area that offers peaceful surroundings, it is ideal to get away from it all! And it is less than 10 minute drive to the Smoky Mtn National Park with so much to see and do, this will be the best vacation of your life in our cozy home!
Our home has been completely renovated offering a modern style that is sure to please even the pickiest of people! It is in a quiet area offering peaceful surroundings that is perfect to get away from it all! It features 1, King bed, 1 Queen Bed, 3 Full beds and a Full-Size Trundle, so there is plenty of space for your friends and family. Plenty of room for all of your cars with our huge driveway! We also offer a firepit and gas grill for outdoor fun!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Hello and thank you for booking our home! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property!

Here is your check-in information for your arrival:

-Check-in any time after 4 pm, the door code is 5295, and check out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends.
-The address is: 702 Rush Branch Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN 37863`

-Free WiFi is also provided during your stay:

***We provide enough toiletries, paper products and supplies to last a couple of days in case you forget to bring some with you but we do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. * Pet fee $75 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
