Our new and spacious cabin features 3 floors with plenty of room to enjoy all that this property offers! No one will feel crowded with 6 bedrooms that include 43 inch smart TVs. 5 of them have king beds and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds with full size mattresses. The full sized, completely equipped kitchen is perfect for some home cooked meals and the

living room is perfect for snuggling up in front of the fireplace!

The second floor unveils a grand movie theater, boasting a remarkable 75-inch screen, perfect for late night movie marathons. Alternatively, venture into the game room where billiards and 4 arcade games await, promising endless hours of fun and amusement.

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property!

Here is your check-in information for your arrival:

- Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends.

-Pool Room door code is 123456 also, pool room door code from bathroom is 1570

PLEASE BE ADVISED: POOL GETS CLEANED EVERY THURSDAY (if you are a guest during this time, we just want to make you aware).

***Please note about pool use: No diapers or small toys are allowed pool. Use swim approved diapers only, as regular diapers and toys will clog the filter and you will be charged for replacement.

***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we must call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund of the total reservation if canceled up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay.

*Hot tubs takes a 6 hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
