Our new and spacious cabin features 3 floors with plenty of room to enjoy all that this property offers! No one will feel crowded with 6 bedrooms that include 43 inch smart TVs. 5 of them have king beds and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds with full size mattresses. The full sized, completely equipped kitchen is perfect for some home cooked meals and the
living room is perfect for snuggling up in front of the fireplace!
The second floor unveils a grand movie theater, boasting a remarkable 75-inch screen, perfect for late night movie marathons. Alternatively, venture into the game room where billiards and 4 arcade games await, promising endless hours of fun and amusement.
Both the top floors feature full-sized balconies, inviting you to savor the serenity of the outdoors while sipping on coffee or delving into a captivating book. And for ultimate relaxation, luxuriate in the hot tub on the second floor, basking in soothing warmth.

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: Cabin Name: Modern Mountain Escape The address is: 2513 Laurel Point Way, Sevierville, TN 37862, USA - Check-in any time after 4:00pm - The door code is 9445 - Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -Pool Room door code is 123456 also, pool room door code from bathroom is 1570 -AC Code to Adjust Thermostat: 1007 -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: WiFi Network: Modern Mountain Escape WiFi Password: mountainescape PLEASE BE ADVISED: POOL GETS CLEANED EVERY THURSDAY (if you are a guest during this time, we just want to make you aware). ***Please note about pool use: No diapers or small toys are allowed pool. Use swim approved diapers only, as regular diapers and toys will clog the filter and you will be charged for replacement. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we must call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund of the total reservation if canceled up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay.

*Hot tubs takes a 6 hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
