The fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlook the living room, setting the stage for memorable stays. Sun shines through floor to ceiling windows throughout the day, making the entire space bright and airy, accenting the hardwood floor and high-ceilings. Step out onto the private rooftop deck to catch a breath of fresh air and enjoy a BBQ dinner.
Take an early morning stroll across the street on the Burke Gilman trail. The house is located a 5 minute walk from Seattle Children's Hospital, 5 minutes from Magnuson park, 10 minutes from the Husky Stadium at the University of Washington, and 15 minutes from downtown.
If you don’t have a car, there are several transportation options within walking distance: (1) Zipcar Rentals are 5 minutes away (located at the hospital), (2) bus station across the street to take you around the city or to (3) the train, which is 10 minutes away and easily takes you to and from SeaTac airport.
There are endless options, and we can’t wait for you to experience them all!

*Traffic noise may be heard from the master bedroom, ear plugs and a white noise machine is available for those with noise sensitivity.

COVID-19 CLEANING: Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: We ask guests to check out by 11am, you are welcome to check in anytime after 4pm - our door is equipped with a keypad to self check in.
PET FEE: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home welcomes pets for an additional $65 fee per pet.
NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Policies and Rules
On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with a unique 4-digit code. This code will grant you access to the home through our Schlage door lock. Here’s how to use the code:
Receive Your Code: You will receive the 4-digit code on the morning of your check-in day. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in our records.
At the Door: Approach the door and locate the Schlage keypad.
Enter the Code: Enter your 4-digit code
Open the Door: After entering the code, the lock should disengage, allowing you to turn the handle and open the door.
Locking the Door: To lock the door upon leaving or entering, simply close the door firmly and press the Schlage button. Ensure the door is securely locked. Please note the door will lock automatically after 60 seconds if you forget to lock it.
Important Notes:
Please do not share your code with anyone not included in your reservation.

The total rental fee for the duration of the stay is due in full at the time of booking. The total amount payable includes all applicable taxes, fees, and any other charges associated with the rental of the property.
Payment Method:
Payments must be using a credit card. The tenant will receive instructions for making payments at the time of booking confirmation.
Confirmation of Booking:
The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. Upon processing the payment, the landlord will send a confirmation notice to the tenant via email, detailing the booking dates, total amount paid, and other relevant information regarding the stay.
Refundable Policy:
The total rental fee is refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable, and the tenant will forfeit the entire rental amount.
Modifications to Booking:
Any request to modify the booking dates or details must be made in writing and may be subject to availability. Any changes are at the discretion of the landlord and may incur additional charges.
Failure to Pay:
If payment is not made at the time of booking, the reservation will not be held, and the property may be booked by another party without further notice to the initial inquirer.
The Tenant agrees to keep the Property clean, not to engage in any illegal activities, and to be considerate of neighbors regarding noise and other disturbances. The Tenant will notify the Landlord immediately of any damages or repairs needed.
Landlord Responsibilities:
The Landlord agrees to maintain the Property in a habitable condition, promptly addressing any significant maintenance issues or emergencies relating to the safety or integrity of the Property.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Additional Clauses:
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
