-Damage Fee: A damage fee will be charged if the property is misused, if there is significant pet damage, or if smoking is detected indoors.
-Mail and Packages: Receiving mail or packages at this address is prohibited.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
-No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
-Check-in Time: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM Check-out is at 10 AM
Treat the Home with Kindness: Please treat the home with care and respect.
-The noise levels down after 11PM weekdays & 12AM weekends (per Cape Coral noise ordinance).
- The grill is to be used ONLY by a responsible adult.
- Do not remove furniture items from the house.
- Access: The owner, landscape company, water well company, pest control, maintenance crew, and cleaning crew must not be denied entry to the property.
- Cameras: Cameras must not be tampered with or unplugged.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The security deposit is required to ensure compliance with all house rules, to guarantee respectful use of the property, and to cover any potential damages. The deposit will be released 24 hours after check out.

Full refund 14 days before start of reservation. After that non-refundable.
