Use of Property: The property is to be used solely for vacation or visitation purposes by the renter and the individuals listed in the booking. Parties, events, and commercial activities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the property manager. Bunk Bed Notice and Waiver: The property features bunk bed. The renter acknowledges that the use of bunk beds carries inherent risks, including the risk of falls or injuries. By agreeing to this rental agreement, the renter assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the bunk beds and agrees to hold the owner harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the bunk beds. Warning label on the bunk bed must be adhered. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy specified in the booking confirmation shall apply. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless otherwise specified in writing by the property manager. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A smoking area may be designated outside the property. Liability: The property manager shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the renter or their belongings during the rental period, except where such loss, damage, or injury arises from the property manager's negligence. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
