Your cottage is in the back of our property with lots of privacy. Our home is the main house so we are near if you need anything. The Queen bed features a New Casper mattress. Cool Modular Couch is a full-size bed that can comfortably accommodate a child or extra person if needed. The cushions can be arranged in your design of choice making for a fun and comfortable space. Plenty of little toiletries provided along with first aid items and a sewing kit. Enjoy our fun collection of books on everything from music, history, vampires, to acupressure! A foldaway clothing rack is provided with hangers and some shelves in the bathroom. Large wardrobe has a shelf for use but shared with some of our daughters play things. No dressers or formal closet. Heating and cooling with remote thermostat on a mini split. Entrance through the gate takes you down the driveway to the backyard where your house is privately positioned toward the back of the property. Yard and driveway is common area although we maintain as much privacy as possible for your comfort. Brand new mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, glassware, utensils, and an induction cooktop (no oven/range).
