Overall the experience was on. They require you submit an additional form even after you’ve booked the place. It requires your license and other personal info. It was short but I still found it annoying. Additionally, they charge an absurd $125 cleaning fee. The place was fine, nothing noteworthy except it has about a dozen doors which makes for a sort of weird vibe but had no real impact on our stay. Be sure to put the parking pass in your car, we didn’t see any obvious instructions regarding the pass but put it in the car to be safe.

Highly recommend! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. We were even provided with snacks. It was a 4 minute walk to The Grog Shop and other area attractions. The directions for parking and to get in the apartment were extremely clear and easy to follow. This will definitely be a place we book again when we come to town for concerts.

This listing was absolutely amazing!! We had a lot going on with my boyfriend having surgery and she was always quick to respond. We needed to stay an extra day and she didn’t hesitate to help us out. There are so many amazing things I could say about our stay, but I will leave it at that. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in the Cleveland area!

This was a *wonderful* place to stay! Super clean. Beautifully decorated. Loved the little touches, like the towels on the bed, the snacks in the kitchen, the QR codes for suggestions for things to do, and all the extra cozy blankets in the living room and bedrooms. This is a beautifully outfitted, ground-floor apartment with very comfortable beds, a spacious living area, and even a very nice bathroom. It has everything except a view. The neighborhood—Cleveland's Coventry district—is filled with dining and shopping options, but this building is three blocks away from all that, on a quiet street. You will sleep soundly at night and the beds will make that easy. It was a pleasing place to invite a friend over to, and a fun place to stay with children. The posted price was high for this part of Cleveland, and unless top-notch furnishings are your priority, I don't think it outclasses other properties enough to justify that price, but we took the place at last-minute discount and felt like our costs were quite fair.

The posted price was high for this part of Cleveland, and unless top-notch furnishings are your priority, I don't think it outclasses other properties enough to justify that price, but we took the place at last-minute discount and felt like our costs were quite fair.
