Nestled at 4.5 mile on beach road in Kitty Hawk, this sunlit modern beachfront home overlooks the ocean just steps away from a private beach. Our relaxing property features a chef kitchen, salt water heated pool, large backyard with turf, front and back decks, sandbox for kids, and closet shelving for your clothes. Convenient, walking distance to many places, Johns Drive In, Stack em High, Black Pelican.. to name a few. 7-night minimum with Sunday check-in. Please leave your fur animals as home due to highly allergic owners.

Policies and Rules

We do not welcome animals due to highly allergic homeowners.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 8

Occupancy of the premises will be limited to two persons per bedroom including family, children, and Tenant guests. Tenant should not permit the property to be occupied beyond the maximum of 8 people. The hosting of parties in the home, on decks, or anywhere else on the property beyond the maximum occupancy is a violation of this lease. No RVs or Campers maybe parked on the Property for the purpose of extra sleeping capacity, nor may they be hooked up to electric, cable, or septic facilities. No more vehicles then necessary shall be located on the premises. Tenant agrees to be responsible for ensuring the maximum permitted occupancy of the Property is not exceeded during the term of the lease and should contact the owner with any questions regarding the permitted occupancy of the property.

House Rules

Guests are expected to comply with all the house rules outlined in our rental agreement and house manual which can be shared prior to booking. If you'd like it in advance, please email casadelmarobx@gmail.com.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The Tenant maybe required to pay for accidental damage to the home or the personal property of the owner contained with the premises plus processing fees. The Tenant must report any damage within 24-hours. Unreported damages, non-accidental damages, or other identified damages will be the sole responsibility of the Tenant. The cost of repairs attributable to the Tenant or Tenant’s invitees due to intentional acts, willful misconduct, gross negligence, abuse of the property, violation of the lease terms, or pets will remain the responsibility of the Tenant. Any determination of the extent of damage and any determination of the cost of repairs to damaged property shall be the sole and absolute discretion of the owners. The Tenant remains subject to all obligations imposed by the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. Tenant will be billed for any repairs plus processing fees. Smoking on the premises of the property or inside a property by the Tenant or Tenant invitees is a direct violation of this agreement. Any evidence of smoking or smoke smell will result in a fine of $150.00 plus the cost of any damage or fumigation. The deposit will be returned post inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less a cancellation fee of $150 if the premise is re-rented on the terms set forth herein. If the premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will NOT be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. In the event, Owner may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reduce the rental amount without notice. In this case, the Tenant canceling their reservation is financially responsible for this reduction and their refund will be reduced by the effect of such reduction. Whether or not the premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Owner, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Owner for goods, services, or benefits procured by Owner from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.
