Spacious Townhouse (duplex) built in May 2017 - 9 houses (2 minute walk) from the ocean front and close to the Bay. This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination. Walking distance to restaurants, Belmont Park. - beach home with Ocean views from rooftop. This beautifully appointed modern vacation home features a private spacious ROOF TOP DECK with views of the ocean, Mission Bay Park and the Belmont park.
NOTE ****the ground floor front patio is exclusive to the other downstairs unit, and each unit has their own separate entrance and rooftop space. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires climbing stairs.****
This home features an open floor plan with modern design. As you enter the house you have the kitchen which is well appointed with quartz counter tops, slate back splash & high end stainless steel appliances, equipped with full kitchenware. Has a dining area, there are bar stools around kitchen counter, another outdoor dining table and additional seating with a fire pit table on the patio with a BBQ. The living room offers full seating, a flat screen TV.
All 3 bedrooms & the remaining 2 bathrooms are located on the third floor. The Master bedroom houses its own View deck featuring La Cantina doors that join the outdoor and indoor space, along with a Flat Screen TV & a private bath with rain shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. All beds are furnished with full linens & pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with bath, hand towels & hand soaps. There is a front load washer & dryer that is located on the 3rd floor.
Tandem Parking for 2 covered/enclosed carport which can accommodate 2 vehicles. Over sized vehicles will have problems parking.

Guests have separate entrance to the unit, separate rooftop access with covered carport parking for 2 cars. Guests do not have access to downstairs patio area.

“Beach side” of Mission blvd, just a few houses from the Ocean & steps to the Bay. Conveniently located close to famous Belmont Park, which offers the Roller Coaster, rides, food, games, & endless entertainment. This place is one street behind the restaurants. Walk to Mission Beach Aquatic Center that offers sailing, kayaking, surf lessons, & much more. And just minutes to the world famous Sea World.
Other things to note
- Cleaning supplies included (toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soaps, trash bags); anything else is guest’s responsibility
- We have beach chairs, beach towels & sand toys
- Maximum occupancy is 6 (This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count ) Extra unregistered unauthorized guests will be charged $50/night.

-- Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the Premises
- -Please, no pets/animals
-- No large gatherings

Getting around
Belmont park is steps away and has free public day time parking if you have extra vehicles. For night time you would need to park on street and there are 2 free overnight parking lots. E- Scooter riding is banned on the Boardwalk and the Bayside. Please read the signs.

*Number of Guests: Our maximum occupancy is limited to 6 people. No visitors/no excessive noise/parties/events/No smoking of any kind/beer pong. Only guests registered at booking time to be at the unit.
Quiet time between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. and take your conversation inside the house.
Keep in mind that your hosts live nearby and will be aware if you have any parties. You will be kicked out immediately if there are any parties or noise disturbances and we will keep any fees from unused nights.
Any house rule violation a $250 penalty will be charged and you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Keep in mind we live close by and will know if any parties or excessive noise.
GLITTER AND CONFETTI ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Please clean it or you will be charged extra $75 for cleaning.
*Security/Liability: When you rent the home, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the home. Please keep your car locked, lock bikes and put away other items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Your staying on our property acknowledges that we are not liable for any injury to you or your guests while on our property.
Please do not bring sand inside, use the outside shower to rinse off.. DO NOT wash off sand in the bathroom as it causes plumbing issues.
If you or your guests break anything it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can replace it. Compensation or replacement will be via Airbnb.
No application of spray tan or self tanner inside the unit. It stains the sheets and towels and gets on the furniture.
We have EXTERIOR Security cameras/ring doorbell camera located at the back of building (back entrance and carport area), front entrance gates, sides of the building which includes the front entrance doors.
