The building is centrally located in a tourist/business area right on Peachtree Street. The district is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.
All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.
Fully updated and modern apartment in the heart of Downtown. The unit is comfortable and a great place to relax yet still be right in the middle of the Downtown action.
Guests have access to the entire apartment except for a supply closet. There is a community laundry center in the basement floor of the building.
I typically am not able to greet guests, but am available as needed via phone and text.
Youll be staying right in downtown Atlanta, located near all the major attractions that Atlanta has to offer. The neighborhood is lively and there is plenty to do and see!
The apartment is a block away from Peachtree Center MARTA. Its highly recommended you use MARTA if you do not require a car during your stay.
Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.
If you dont mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.
The address to that garage is: 377 TED TURNER DRIVE NW
(If you are on TED TURNER DR wait till you cross over IVAN ALLEN JR BLVD, the entrance is located immediately on your right hand side after you pass Mellow Mushroom Pizza.)
*You will see three garage door openings go to the one on the far right, take a ticket and park in any one of the parking spaces marked visitor.

Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please let the concierge staff know and they will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.

All guests are expected to maintain the same level of courtesy.
This is not a party listing whatsoever, no parties allowed.
My listing is a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, and convenience the location offers, but if you're looking to party, I recommend looking elsewhere.
Smoking of any kind is absolutely not allowed either in the unit, the balcony, or in the building. If there is evidence of smoking, a $500 fine will be assessed.
Pets are not allowed in the unit or the building.
