You will be minutes away from what downtown has to offer. This is a one bedroom, one bath unit equipped with starter essentials for your stay. This property is a 5 minute walk to Erlanger Hospital and 5 min drive to CHI Memorial hospital.

You will be in side A of this gated one bedroom duplex. The bedroom consists of a Queen bed with a work space; Washer and dryer is provided with starter laundry pods.
