This unit is the perfect place to warm up and relax after a fun day on the slopes! Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full-size stove and oven. Coffee maker. Cozy living room. Our phone service was not great and the WIFI did not work in the condo. They finally answered my message a day later and told me to connect to the WiFi next door. It was not great and I was not able to work when I needed to do so.

I will start by saying Chris and Allison were great hosts. Although, upon arrival for our 5:00 check-in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready (hadn’t been cleaned). At first this was okay as I was expecting 15-20 minutes and we would be good to go. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My wife, our 16 month old and myself waited around for 3 hours in the lobby as we had already unloaded all of our things. We were finally able to get checked in at 8:00 that night. Allison and Chris communicated very well with me as I expressed my frustration although understanding that this was not their fault as the Mountain Lodge cleaning crews were understaffed for a holiday week. With all of that being said, Chris and Allison went above and behind to make things right for us and we would happily rent from them again in the future. I just feel that it is important for future renters to know that they should call or check with the front desk prior to check-in and/or unloading their belongings.

The time period between Christmas and New Year's is always the most challenging time of the entire season. Unfortunately, the staff was short-handed that day due to illnesses and just the shear volume of guests checking in on Dec. 26 - it was a rough go for them. Please know that this is very abnormal for ML. Under normal circumstances, they typically have rooms ready by 5:00. I am happy to know that you would book with us again! We'd be glad to have you back!

Sleeps 4? Wifi?

The apartment was clean enough and offered us a place to sleep. So that's nice. And the bike storage shed was a plus. But note that 'sleeps 4' means one double bed plus a pullout sofa bed. And 'free wifi' means no wifi. And fun fact, if you attempt to reset the apartment's router, that'll cost you about $200 in fines. Were we offered $ back for the wifi not working? No, but we were given access to a neighbor's wifi . . . that was slow as molasses.

This Airbnb was great! Only complaints are that we found an old washcloth from a previous visitor, the lighting in some of the hallways for the Mountain Lodge was darkened/not fully lit, and our WiFi did not work the whole stay even after contacting the front desk. However, this is our second stay at the Mountain Lodge and the location is AMAZING. Ski in/ski out and the village is maybe 3-5 min walking distance. For groceries, just a quick drive down the mountain! Also, the hosts were very proactive before our stay! Definitely recommend this property!
