Welcome to Happy Haus 605, a stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom mid-century modern home in the heart of Fredericksburg! Whether unwinding with loved ones or exploring the nearby wineries and boutiques, Happy Haus 605 is your perfect home base.

At Happy Haus, we've blended Texas hospitality with thoughtful amenities. Picture lazy mornings sipping coffee on the porch, greeted by the Texas songbirds. Get refreshed with yoga on the lawn, or enjoy the hot tub bubbles under the shade of our beautiful trees. Experience evenings of warmth and joy spent under the starry sky by the fire pit to cozy nights indoors, enjoying a game night or spinning records!

Your private yard will have a hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and covered dining space. We offer a Blackstone griddle and a Weber Spirit II BBQ Grill for enjoyable meals with friends!

Two bedrooms offer comfortable king beds, and a third bedroom offers two comfortable twin-size beds. The sofa has a pull-out queen bed. All beds are topped with Lucid Gel mattress toppers for extra cozy comfort.

There are two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom, stocked with (starter pack) essentials.

The kitchen is well-equipped for dinner parties with utensils, cooking supplies, and a guest pantry with Keurig and K cups. (Aroma Rice Cooker, Blender, Water Kettle, Brita Water Purifier, Toaster, Stainless Steel Appliances, & Dishwasher). You'll find everything you need for a memorable dinner party.

Plus, our laundry room is stocked with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and complimentary detergent, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Dark Sky Community - The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

Waste - Place all trash in designated containers, Happy Haus' trash day is Monday. The outdoor trash bin is collected to be set out by our Property Management team on Sunday/Monday.

Burn Ban Safety - In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county of Gillespie to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using a fire pit at a Fredericksburg area vacation rental.
