Located in the Whale Watch Ocean Beach Resort this superbly presented premium oceanview apartment has it all. Front row location in the southern wing with million-dollar views you’ve been dreaming of!
This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment over one level is bright and breezy with open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening out to the covered balcony from which to enjoy the views that extend the length of Main Beach towards the Gold Coast. The kitchen has granite benchtops and stocked with all the necessities of home.

The spacious main bedroom with ensuite & bath, opens out to the balcony.

Every year, more than 10,000 humpbacks migrate past Point Lookout. You can track them as they head both north and south from the comfort of the lounge room through floor to ceiling windows or several covered deck areas from each room. The south-east aspect provides expansive uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea and the pristine white sands of the 35km long Main Beach.

The property has all the amenities you want without the crowds including lift access direct to the door, swimming pool, BBQ area, gym, games room and secure underground parking.

This is a self-contained, self-catered apartment.

Getting around

Getting to Point Lookout is as easy as catching a water taxi or vehicle ferry from Toondah Harbour Cleveland. A bus will meet you on the other side at Dunwich and take you over to Point Lookout, where Whale Watch Resort is only a short walk from the bus stop. No car is needed to get to the beach. Main beach is 200m via the Lily track.

A clear profile picture showing the guest's face is a requirement for verification and security purposes. No third party bookings are to be made, nor will be accepted. The person booking is responsible for their guests. Photo ID of primary renter may be required prior to check in.

We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Smoking and/or the use of illegal drugs of any kind on the premises is also prohibited. There are to be no additional guests and noise to be kept at a minimum with no noise after 10pm.

By-laws for use of common property such as pool/games room/gym must be adhered to as signed.

Respectful, clean and tidy behaviour is required and would appreciate guests cleaning up after themselves by using the bins/dishwasher provided to assist. Any used towels can be left in the shower or bath before checking out. Please note: the cleaning fee is for general cleaning of the property and linen, any excessive mess, rubbish etc. that is left behind, will incur additional fee of $80. If a guest becomes Covid infected and a deep clean of apartment is required, full cost of deep clean to be borne by guest.

Any call out to onsite caretaker due to a breach of house rules will incur $110 per call out(Sunday/Public holidays $220.)

Breaking of house rules can result in immediate eviction without accommodation refund.
