Welcome to our stylish and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat just a mile from downtown Raleigh. Enjoy the modern comforts of brand new furnishings and a beautifully renovated fenced backyard featuring a shaded dining area, seating area, cozy fire pit, gas grill, and several outdoor activities. Sleep soundly in comfortable beds with plush linens and freshen up with luxurious towels in our two modern bathrooms. Pet Friendly!
This is a 2 story property, with 2 beds (King and Queen) and 1 bath downstairs and a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The upstairs beds are Twin XLs.

My friends and I had such a great time, the house was so clean and beautiful! The backyard was so relaxing to sit by the fire and enjoy the fresh air. The host was so responsive and welcoming. This was such a great experience and we loved our home away from home! Thank you!

From the moment I booked, I was welcomed. The moment you arrive you feel calm and serene. The backyard is a retreat. Family will have a beautiful little fairyland where they can grill and chill with a beverage. I brought my pup and he loved the space in the backyard to run free. Seriously, turn on the lights at night and ENJOY! The bathrooms were pristine and welcoming with a soaking tub downstairs and all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and the fan with remote in the master bedroom was amazing. Having a second bathroom upstairs makes all the difference when traveling with family. There is space to feel at home and that is what happened ... I started to feel at home instantly and hated to leave. The neighborhood is up and coming and very safe. I walked my dog alone (I'm female) and felt no concern. 5 stars and I'll be back for sure. Really - absolutely no negatives for me. This AirBnB is a gem!

Roshni was responsive, kind and helpful. She even left balloons and a birthday card for our friend who we brought to Raleigh to celebrate his birthday! This house was perfect for our group and we especially enjoyed the spacious and cozy fenced in backyard. We plan on staying here again on our next trip to Raleigh. Highly recommend.

10/10 stay! I loved the house it was so so beautiful, looked just like the photos. Me and my friends had a really fun time. I slept amazing in the beds they were so comfy. Roshni’s service was amazing! She left us snacks and drinks and was very communicative! I loved staying here it was amazing!

Roshni’s place was exactly as she described it. It was great for the family cookout that I had, although the neighbors said it was too many people over . We were very quiet and respectful,Roshni’s husband also stayed so once he arrived . Although my guest had to leave. I still loved their place!

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Overnight guest limit is 6. Any guest that stays beyond midnight will be charged an extra person fee. There is no smoking allowed inside and 1000$ fine if smoking. The pet fee is only for bringing 1 pet. Any additional pets will incur a 75$ fee each per stay.
