Kim has purchased a vintage property, given it some “fixer-upper” love, and created a cute Mid Century Modern “Citrus Retreat.” The furnishings are new, clean & comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and well appointed. The kitchen has new appliance, including a cool refrigerator with beverage center that offers a refilling pitcher of really cool water anytime… important in the desert. I walked to the fashionable El Paseo shopping area to shop and enjoy delicious coffees, meals & people watching. The McCallum performance center & and the Living Desert are very close. I walked our dog in the neighborhood often.
