Located at the hot spot of Miami Beach, the famous Lincoln Road/ Collins Avenue with direct beach and pool access. For your registration as a tenant, we must ask for a copy of your passport or identification card. If we have all the documents and can register you, the latest 10 days prior to your arrival, the extra fee will be $ 50.- p.P, later, the latest 4 days prior arrival, the rush fee is $100.- per Person.
