Located at the hot spot of Miami Beach, the famous Lincoln Road/ Collins Avenue with direct beach and pool access. Everything in South Beach is within walking distance. If you need to go elsewhere, there are taxis, Uber and busses. The parking areas are quite limited and expensive. The building has a Valet parking for $ 20.-

For your registration as a tenant, we must ask for a copy of your passport or identification card. If we have all the documents and can register you, the latest 10 days prior to your arrival, the extra fee will be $ 50.- p.P, later, the latest 4 days prior arrival, the rush fee is $100.- per Person.
