Must be 25 years or older to rent this home
-Once booked please provide a copy of your driver license for check in verification.
-No 3rd party booking. The person who books the home will need to be the person checking in.
-When booking please make sure you've added the correct amount of guests. There is a charge for any guest over 4 which is $10 per person per night. If you're over the amount of guest booked you'll be charged $25 per person per night.
-I'm sorry but no children under the age of 3. My house isn't child/toddler proof.
-No pets of any kind..... NO exceptions. If there's proof of a pet on the property there will be an additional fee charged of $250.00. Plus you'll trip will be cut short and you'll have to leave.
-No smoking of any kind in the house but itcan be done outside. Please use the yellow container to disguard butts please don't toss them in the yard.
-Please don't leave the sliding glass doors open when the air conditioner or heat is on. A built in sensor will turn the air system off after 5 minutes.
-While we want you to have a great time keep the neighbors in mind after 10:00 pm
-No day guest on the property unless they are booked with your reservation or approved by your host.
-Sleeping arrangements must fit in the bedrooms. The couch isn't to be used as a bed for your stay.
-Candles are not to be used in the house unless they are birthday candles on a cake.
-Please keep the ice machine and water locked when you have small children with you so water doesn't run down the front of the refrigerator.
-When wiping down the granite counter tops please use hot soapy water only.
-Please keep coolers outside so they don't damage the floors
-No kayaks and paddle boards inside the house. This is a pretty safe neighborhood but if you're worried please bring some tyle of lock.
-Please no hair coloring while you stay
-Please do not sit on the furniture wet
-Please no eating in the bedroom or on the couch.
-For children no paints, markers, or crayons
-Please don't park or use the ramp on the empty lot next door, I don't own it and I don't have permission to use it.
-When using the cornhole game please don't leave it out overnight or out in the rain. (We have squirrels that damage the bags in the middle of the night).
-With any body of water you'll be swimming and biking at your own risk.
-Check out time is by 10:00 a.m. After 10:00 a.m. check out time there will be a charge of $50.00 for the first 1-15 minutes and 25.00 for every 15 minutes after. I rather not charge these fee's and I just ask that you to plan accordingly.
