Location was perfect as it’s further east of the main strip and don’t have all the crowds and people walking everywhere but a very short drive to all the shopping/DG/Walmart. Easy walk to the beach with lots of space to set up. We drove over and unloaded and parked as we had a lot of stuff plus a wagon. Ocean view from balcony and master bedroom upstairs. Crate outside had all the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards if you forget anything. Lots of restaurants in the area to chose from. Nicki was very quick on getting back with us if we had questions but all around great location/house in the PCB area for the cost. We definitely be booking again when we go back.

The place was great and great location. Only had to cross the street to the beach and the nice part is that it’s close to a lighted cross walk. Highly recommend to take a wagon to carry your items. The house has everything you need. We have stayed in PCB in the past and this location was great since it’s not so crowded and still close to everything.

It was a cute house with a quick walk to the beach! Perfect for a group trip or for families. We had a small issue with the smoke detector beeping due to the batteries dying, but Nikki had someone out there within a few hours to fix it! If you’re a hot sleeper, the upstairs is a significantly hotter temperature even when you turn the AC temp down.

Nicki communicates well, quick to reply. Great, Beautiful home away from home!! Very clean with a perfect open concept set up. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kitchen is well equipped as we cooked 4 days 2x a day breakfast & dinner (we packed chips, fruit, quick finger food for the beach during the day) of our 5 day stay. The beach toys, bougie boards we’re a big hit with our kids and us as parents NOT having to purchase them is a WIN!! Thank you Nicki❤️

We had a great stay. it does accommodate 9-10 people, each room has a bathroom, well stocked with towels. Walking distance to the beach (5 minute walk) and a good kitchen. Ideal for beach lovers. Close enough to restaurants and rest of activities that PCB has to offer. Also, 1-3 miles away from Andrew State Park. Recommend.
