Our Lake Space is the ultimate retreat, blending modern amenities with natural beauty to ensure a memorable and rejuvenating stay.

Guests have private access to the whole space with the exception of:

** locked closets inside the house
** Water trampoline is not part of the rental

I am here to assist and can help with anything you need before and during your stay

* We are in an area with fulltime homes, the happiest guests are coming for a relaxing escape.

* Please be mindful of noise levels, fire rating, maximum of 4 registered guests and fire safety to adhere with local by-laws and our house rules. There is a QR code link in the house with emergency info, fire exits, safety and more.
The town may issue fines for any violations, so we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive relationship with the community as a licenced STR with Huntsville

Wow this place is gorgeous!! A true 5 star rating in my eyes. I was very impressed on how clean and beautifully designed this cottage was and it was perfect for my family of 4. They have wonderful sitting area outside with the Bbq and a fire pit along with the outdoor hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed many talks and swims by the dockside with the family , only thing missing is their own trampoline on the water. :) Honestly we loved it so much that we will be booking this cottage again for next year.

Great spot to fish right off the dock. Lisa and Chris were very quick responding to any questions we had. The Cottage is in a very beautiful spot to view the water from your bed in the morning or to step out from the master balcony and view the stars before going to bed. Will be booking there again! We were lucky enough to be the first guests at lisa’s cottage! They have done an amazing job renovating the cabin and put so much effort and attention into the landscaping and design of the cabin. The sauna was an absolute treat, the kitchen had everything you needed, there was plenty of space to hangout outside or inside. Comfy beds and beautiful linens. Lisa was very responsive and accommodating to our group. It was the perfect weekend catch up. Highly recommend staying here!

House Rules
1. This house is best suited for mature guests as we are on a lake with full time residences. Noise travels on the lake, so please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 9am.

2. Maximum 4 registered guests

3. Pet friendly and pets must be approved in advance. You are responsible for your pets at all times and any damage they cause

4. Must adhere to Muskoka Fire Danger Rating

5. Please sort recycling and use blue bags. Garbage and recycling can be left in the outdoor bins during your stay and brought to the top of driveway for Wednesday 7am pickup. Please take any additional garbage/recycling with you at checkout. Our cleaners charge a $100 fee PER BAG for any garbage disposal needed.
3901 Brunel Road, Baysville is the closest drop off location open M-F 8-5/ Sat 9-5 / Sun 11-8

6. Waterfront property. All guests are accountable for water safety. Water equipment may be available seasonally for use during your stay. Use at your own risk. We hold no liability for water activity or use of equipment.
*** Water trampoline is NOT included in this rental

7. Hot tub/Sauna. All guests must follow safety rules and absolutely no glass near the hot tub. Use at your own risk. Hot tub may be unavailable when serviced weekly.

8. Lost/damaged items, excess cleaning, garbage or property damage may result in extra fees.
Amenities may not be available during your stay if there’s damage or maintenance in progress. Breaking any house rule may result in your groups immediate removal of the property without refund.

9. Exterior cameras are for the protection of our property. Cameras digitally record motion and face the exterior entrances of the property.

No smoking, parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy
Additional 2% fee is charge for PayPal.
Damages: Guest agrees to provide an electronic transfer to be held for the purposes of a Security Deposit. Our Lake Space and its entities shall conduct a Check-Out inspection of property after each guest departure. Should damages be evident during the inspection or any short term rental by-law notices are received, Guest authorizes Agent Services to apply the security deposit to any damages, including but not limited to excessive cleaning, damaged property, bylaw compliants, or any unnecessary service calls that occur during the Guest’s occupancy. The Guest is charged and a receipt and documentation will be sent to Guest within 45 days of departure. When no concerns, 100% of security deposit is returned by electronic transfer.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Refundable deposit by e-transfer. Will be retuned within 7 days of checkout after confirmation of no damage, missing items, garbage.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
We are not able to give refunds or make changes to the reservation due to weather related issues, acts of God (ie. power outage, snow, wind, rain), medical emergencies, illness, death or any other causes beyond our control. Please consider third party travel insurance options.
