Ideal for remote work, Casa Melipillán features a room with a desk, ergonomic chair, and a spacious living room with sofa beds for additional guests. Both areas are equipped with a Smart TV and A/C for both winter and summer. Additionally, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, secure parking, and a barbecue area for outdoor dining.

- There are 3 friendly dogs on the property, which is fully enclosed.
- Guests are kindly asked to take proper care of cleaning up after their pets.
- The property has two private homes: Casa Foresta and Casa Melipillán, both with total privacy, but with shared common areas (gardens, parking, amphitheater, and portal).
