PETS/ANIMALS
Up to 2 house-broken, tame, non-shedding dog breeds upon owner approval, 45 Lbs or less each. Contact host for possible fee (covers ionizer treatment to remove allergens). No pet door inside the house. Depending on the breed(s) Guest may need to buy additional damage insurance ($79) and/or have a higher refundable damage deposit.

HEATED POOL + HOT TUB
Self-closing, child-safe doors leading to pool and spa. Heat needed October through May for a warm pool. Monthly Cost: $649. Let us know 7+ days before check-in if you want this.

SECURITY: 1 video ring doorbell at the front door.

EVENTS/BIG PARTIES: Not allowed in this neighborhood.

HOUSE CLEANINGS
For longer stays, guest agrees to have the house professionally cleaned at least every 3 weeks. With certain pet/animal breeds, guest agrees to have home cleaned bi-weekly. Cost, approximately $165 per cleaning.
