Link'D Inn is our newly remodeled mountain villa located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort. Only 1 mile from all resort amenities including the Ski Slopes!!!



We feature all new furniture; 3 Kings and 1 Queen, and plenty of off-street parking for at least 4 vehicles. The newly constructed deck offers lots of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.



All interaction is done over the phone or via the HOUFY messenger. If there is a need for a physical interaction, our cleaners live close by and can take care of most issues if they arise.



Our home sits in a fairly secluded and peaceful neighborhood. You will probably see many deer crossing through the yard or driveway during your stay.



Also, if you bring bikes, you'll find a great area to explore and or get one heck of a workout if you choose to pedal the mountain.



There are community trash dumpsters located 1 mile away from the property that guests have to take their trash bags to. It is an inconvenience, but due to the nature of the resort and wildlife, outside trash bins are not encouraged. These dumpsters are located in the back of the community pool parking.



Also, Massanutten is a wooded resort and that means it comes with wildlife, especially deer, but also insects. We have our property treated on a regular basis, but it is possible that you will see bugs here and there that have made their way past the pest defenses, or those that didn't and chose to die in plain sight :) We do our best to keep them from being seen but again, it is the woods!

- We love our animals and have made the decision to make this a dog friendly property for a max of 2 dogs up to 35lbs.

- A Pet Fee of $35 per animal per day will be charged for each stay when pets are brought.



Community Rules:



This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.



NOISE

• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.

• Keep noise indoors during these hours.

• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.



PARKING

• Keep all tires off the road.

• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840

• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.



OUTDOOR FIRES

• High wildfire risk area!

• No open fires.

• No unattended fires.

• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.



ALCOHOL

No open containers on roads or in common areas.



PETS

• Leash always required when outside.

• Clean up after your pets.



TRASH

• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
