Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 12AM

A keyless self-check-in entry makes checking in a breeze. You will receive the code approximately two days before check-in.

Check Out: 11AM

Maximum occupancy: 5

Payment Policy

50% due upon booking. Remainder is due 30 days before check-in. We can also offer $500 upon booking and the remainder 30 days before if requested.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage, which is listed as an "Administrative Fee" on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers up to $1,500 in damages. Upon request, we will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit. Please contact us for details or to ask for that change in your price quote.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 21 days before check-in. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel more than seven days before check-in. Any cancellation seven days or less before check-in will only receive the security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee, if applicable. Moving a booking less than 14 days before check-in is not allowed. The guest must cancel and re-book.

Notes

This slice of heaven beats staying at a hotel and is more affordable and closer to base than staying at the beach. Early check-in/late checkout: If you would like early check-in or late checkout, please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand so we can coordinate with our cleaners to accommodate your request.
