This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers up to $1,500 in damages. Upon request, we will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit. You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 21 days before check-in. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel more than seven days before check-in. Any cancellation seven days or less before check-in will only receive the security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee, if applicable. Moving a booking less than 14 days before check-in is not allowed. The guest must cancel and re-book.
