Debra and Matt were wonderful hosts and very helpful and responsive. The place was very clean with everything you could need. Also about a 15/20 drive to Surf city beach and about 10/15 to Topsail. Would recommend if you are looking for a clean place in the area!

Super cozy home, 15 minutes from most things. We were here to visit my brother who lives on base and the house was very conveniently located but still in a quiet and beautiful wooded neighborhood. Matt and Debra made us feel very welcome and our pup too! We would definitely stay here again!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 12AM

A keyless self-check-in entry makes checking in a breeze. You will receive the code approximately two days before check-in.

Check Out: 11AM

Maximum occupancy: 5

Payment Policy

50% due upon booking. Remainder is due 30 days before check-in. We can also offer $500 upon booking and the remainder 30 days before if requested.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage, which you will see listed as an "Administrative Fee" on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers up to $1,500 in damages. Upon request, we will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit. Please contact us for details or to ask for that change in your price quote.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 21 days before check-in. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel more than seven days before check-in. Any cancellation seven days or less before check-in will only receive the security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee, if applicable. Moving a booking less than 14 days before check-in is not allowed. The guest must cancel and re-book.

Notes

This slice of heaven beats staying at a hotel and is more affordable and closer to base than staying at the beach. Early check-in/late checkout: If you would like early check-in or late checkout, please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand so we can coordinate with our cleaners to accommodate your request.
