Debra was very responsive and accommodating. The place felt safe and peaceful. Debra and Matt were working on another unit during my stay and I had the pleasure of speaking with the two of them . They're absolutely wonderful people and I'll for certain be looking to book again in the near future!

We had a family emergency and had to book around midnight for a 5am checkin. Even at such a late hour, Debra was responsive. Although the unit we were trying to book was not available, she made her neighboring unit available for our checkin. We were traveling with a new puppy and her pet policy along with the amount of land made it a good stay for all. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts as we were leaving. They are a very friendly and welcoming couple! We will definitely stay again when we revisit town.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! There are so many fun critters and wildlife to be spotted in the private woodsy retreat that is located about 20 minutes from the beach and fresh seafood market. The beds were comfortable and the air was ice cold! The host is very responsive and helpful with anything needed from temperature adjustments to later checkouts. I LOVED that she left accomodations for both my toddler and our dog. There was a size appropriate bed and feeding station along with complimentary treats for our canine and board books and toys for our toddler. I would absolutely stay here again!

A keyless self-check-in entry makes checking in a breeze. You will receive the code approximately two days before check-in.

Payment Policy

50% due upon booking. Remainder is due 30 days before check-in. We can also offer $500 upon booking and the remainder 30 days before if requested.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage, which is listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers up to $1,500 in damages. Upon request, we will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit. Please contact us for details or to ask for that change in your price quote.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 21 days before check-in. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel more than seven days before check-in. Any cancellation seven days or less before check-in will only receive the security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee, if applicable. Moving a booking less than 14 days before check-in is not allowed. The guest must cancel and re-book.

Notes

This slice of heaven beats staying at a hotel and is more affordable and closer to base than staying at the beach.
