The minimum guest age for booking the property is 25 years old.

There is a noise constraint on the island which is strictly enforced between 8:30 pm and 7 am. Please, be aware of high fees for not following the noise ordinance.

Guest Liability Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms while staying at the property:
1. Assumption of Risk:
• I understand that my stay at the rental property, including the use of the swimming pool, hot tub, and surrounding areas, is at my own risk.
• I acknowledge that the homeowner, property manager, and rental company are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during my stay.
2. Swimming Pool and Water Safety:
• No lifeguard is on duty; all guests swim at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No diving, running, or rough play in or around the pool.
• Guests must use the pool safety fence and cover when the pool is not in use.
• No glass containers near the pool area.
3. Property Damage and Responsibility:
• I agree to be responsible for any damages caused by myself, my guests, or pets.
• I understand that any excessive damage may result in additional charges beyond my security deposit.
4. Waiver of Liability:
• By acknowledging this agreement, I release the homeowner, property manager, and rental company from any claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from my stay, including injuries, accidents, or loss of property.
5. House Rules Compliance:
• I agree to follow all house rules, including noise restrictions, parking rules, and garbage disposal.

Payment Policy

Property for a week and less full payment required at the time of booking.
More than a week to 28 days 30% deposit with a full payment 30 days prior to arrival date

Cancellation Policy

Cancel for full refund 30 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellation within 30th ye of arrival.
