We are now a 2 night Minimum rental property. We offer 2 night, weekly rentals in April, May, & last half of Oct , Nov. & first half of Dec. Monthly Rates are discounted when you stay for more than one month or a season! Send me a email with your dates, and we can talk. There are no booking fees, just rooms tax for stays under 30 nights ,$100 pet fee, and $400-$475 cleaning fees.

This 3360 square foot two level home is exclusively designed as a vacation rental home. Each bedroom has a in suite full bathroom.The open floor plan allows for ample space for all to gather for meals & entertaining!

The main level of this home is accessible, including an wheelchair access ramp by the rear covered porch! I moved to Vermont from the Island of Long in 1974, I started my primary business www.asafeplace.com in 1986. I met and married the love of my life, I designed and built our primary home here in Manchester in 1995. Then in 2012 I designed and built our first Vacation rental home Manchester Sanctuary, then in 2015 I designed and built Manchester Sanctuary II . We now have two adult children and two wonderful grand children. Come to Vermont ad enjoy all Manchester has to offer, from fresh air, to mountain views !

Refundable Damage Deposit
We are a one month minimum rental property except for April May and Nov.
We offer discounted rates for 2- 4 or more month rentals.

Once you decide on your dates, I will email you a lease agreement to review, print two copies, sign and return both copies with a $500 refundable security deposit. Then four week prior to your arrival the full rental amount shall be due. You will mail a check payable to AJT Enterprises Inc. P.O. Box 343 Manchester Center, VT 05255. You will also be require to bring a check payable to Nicole Wilkins for the the cleaning fee of $250 to $450 depending on number of guests and if you bring a dog, and leave it on the counter upon departure. My House keeper spends 8-12 hours cleaning between guests. Our homes, SHOULD, look like you are the first ones to stay. Questions I love questions ask away.

Cancellation Policy
if you cancel before 30 days you will receive your $500 security deposit back. if you cancel with in 30 days then you will forfeit your $500 security deposit. If you cancel with in two weeks and after sending your full rental amount I wil refund you 1/2 of the rental amount.
