Guests love our prime location—park your car (up to 2 vehicles) at the condo & enjoy a car-free getaway! Situated in the heart of Mammoth, we're a short walk to top restaurants, ski rentals, ice skating, Mammoth Creek, a seasonal playground, & groceries. The shuttle stops 100 yards from the condo’s front door, with a quick 5 min ride to Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort at eagle lodge. Plus, our convenient 1st-floor unit means no lugging heavy bags up the stairs—easy access for your comfort!

Ski all day, walk to dinner, and retreat to your perfect getaway at Mammoth Deer Chalet. Unwind with a warm cup of cocoa by the fire, then relax in the cozy comfort of your private space for the night. Whether you choose the private bedroom, the sofa bed, or the spacious bunk bed alcove with privacy curtains, closet, & nightstand, you'll find everything you need for a restful stay. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Dining area has 6 seats between the dining table & bar.

2024 updates feature gorgeous wood flooring throughout, a down-to-the-studs bathroom remodel, a new queen bed, heating blankets, & a zero-gravity chair by the fireplace for the ultimate in relaxation. Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains from our peaceful corner unit with WiFi & Smart TV + Cable while also enjoying full access to our complex's resort-like amenities (jacuzzi, pool, sauna, more). Resort-like complex amenities of Hot Tub-Dry Sauna-Game Room-Laundry are available year-round. Pool-Tennis-Pickleball-BBQs-Picnic Tables are seasonally available. The condo with its south-facing deck is your personal retreat.

The free town shuttle also stops out front for convenient ski slopes access. Direct to Ski Lifts: < 1 mile (Eagle Lodge). Shuttle stops for Main, Canyon, or the Village are also just steps away.

-No Animals allowed in this condo due to Health Conditions.
-Linens are not provided for sofa bed.
-No Pets. No animals, Smoking, vaping, medicinal weed or pot allowed in condo or within 200 yards of the deck or front entry. Breaking the smoking or animal rule results in $1,000 fee per night & immediate condo eviction (for each night of reservation).
-Firewood is stocked in early winter & available until it runs out. Please bring a lighter & kindling as while we wish you to enjoy our fireplace these 2 items prove difficult to keep stocked.
-Travel insurance is recommended.
-Snowstorms are foreseeable during the ski season in this mountain town. Carry chains for your vehicle. Refunds are not given for storms or weather warnings regardless of season. We do not refund if the road is open with chain control. We will only provide a refund for the days that the road is completely closed; If escorts are provided for any period of the day then this is not a full road closure..
