103 m2. More information by the provider: Sunny and with a lot of wood equipped 4.5 room apartment (103sqm) on the 1st floor of a detached two-family chalet built in 2011. Awesome panoramic view to the surrounding mountains (Spitz-, Mittag- and Schlauchhorn). 2 uncovered parking spaces are available, furthermore 1-2 covered parking spaces, depending on the available space in the underground parking garage. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are available. A furnished balcony with electric barbecue, furnished garden with kettle grill as well as a childrens swing and a sand box on the lawn behind the chalet are also available. The chalet Majelas Heiti is situated at the end of the village Gsteig (11km away from Gstaad) beside the campsite Heiti which also disposes of a public restaurant. There are good bus connections to Gstaad respectively to Col du Pillon (Glacier 3000) and Les Diablerets. The bus stop is only 50m away from the chalet. The small skilift Gsteig is in close proximity of the apartment. Gsteig is ideally located for summer and winter holidays. Important notes: By occupancy with up to 2 persons (lower price) there is only one bedroom at your disposal. The other two bedrooms remain locked. The gallery can be used as a childrens corner, as a sleeping possibility for children only upon request.

Store room, washing machine and tumble dryer (including ironing board and flat iron) are available on the lower ground floor. The whole apartment disposes of a floor heating, individual adjustable in each room. WiFi. Baby cot (70x120cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available. A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
