Directly on the Weeki Wachee River. You can walk out the back door and swim or go kayaking on the main Weeki Wachee River, 72 degrees all year round. Start your morning out by sitting out in the oversized screened in porch with your coffee watching the manatees swim by. You'll see wildlife all around you and if you're lucky you'll see Chip the dolphin. We have a dock to bring 2 boats which you can head up river or go out to Mud River or the gulf. Drop your boat in at Rogers Park which is around the corn from the house. Explore all that Weeki Wachee has to offer. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with 2 of them overlooking the river. Murphy queen bed in the living room. French doors go out to an oversized screened in porch which has a table that sits 6 and multiple sitting areas. 2 docks one with a covered swinging bench which is the best place to sit and people watch. Outside the front door is another room which gives you access to a washer and dryer. A gas grill is on the property. 7 kayaks are on the property for your group to use.

Policies and Rules

House Rules

-Must be 25 years or older to rent this home
-Once booked please provide a copy of your driver license for check in verification.
-No 3rd party booking. The person who books the home will need to be the person checking in.
-When booking please make sure you've added the correct number of guests. If you're over the number of guests booked, you'll be charged $25 per person per night. Limit 8
-This property is dog friendly. We have a pet fee of $150 total for 2 dogs or less, 50lbs or less. If found to have a pet that wasn't included in the reservation, you'll be charged a $250 pet fee and your trip will come to an end.
-No smoking of any kind in the house or in the screened area but it can be done outside. Please use the container to dispose of any butts located on the fence, please don't toss them in the yard or water.
-Please don't leave the french doors open when the air conditioner or heat is on. This will cause the system to freeze up and will be charged to the guest.
-While we want you to have a great time keep the neighbors in mind at all times but mostly after 10:00 pm
-No day guest on the property unless they are booked with your reservation or approved by your host. This home has a max amount of 8 and nothing over will be approved.
-Sleeping arrangements must fit in the bedrooms/futon/murphy bed. The couch isn't to be used as a bed for your stay.
-Candles are not to be used in the house unless they are birthday candles on a cake.
-Please keep coolers outside so they don't damage the floors
-Please no hair coloring while you stay
-Please do not sit on the furniture wet
-Please no eating in the bedroom or on the couch.
-For children no paints, markers, or crayons
-With any body of water you'll be swimming at your own risk.
-Check out time is by 10:00 a.m. After 10:00 a.m. check out time there will be a charge of $50.00 for the first 1-15 minutes and 25.00 for every 15 minutes after. I rather not charge these fee's and I just ask that you to plan accordingly.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be refunded 48hrs after booking

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
