1. Kids bunk room - twin over full bunk bed and a trundle underneath. TV, sleeps four children comfortably.

2. Main bedroom - king size bed, TV, bathroom, sleeps two.

3. Queen bedroom - queen size bed, sleeps two.

BATHROOMS:

1. Full bathroom with shower/tub in upstairs hallway.

2. Full bathroom with stand up shower in Main bath.

LOCATION:

No one is as close as we are. A 6-minute walk to the free Disney parking lot tram eliminates $35/day parking fee as well as traffic in and out of the park. Magic Way (the Disney Resort entrance) leads right to our front door.

“Excellent Location”

We have stayed in the two bedroom and the three bedroom and had no complaints. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved it! Super close to Downtown Disney! All the kiddos appreciated the short walk after a day full of fun! We were able to see the fireworks from the upstairs window so that was a plus! Very comfy and will definitely continue to stay here for all our DL trips! Just reserved our stay for an upcoming trip.

“Excellent Location!”

Our family has stayed in Cheryl's townhomes on multiple occasions. During our most recent trip, in May 2022, we found the townhome to be clean, well appointed, and comfortable. You can't beat the location - we walked every day to Disney - less than a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. It was so nice to be able to come back to the townhome at the end of a busy Disney day, for some relaxation in our own private space. We loved the amenities in the condo - and the kids loved the extra Disney touches, which made our stay that much more fun and magical. I will absolutely book with Cheryl again!

Disneyland Vacation

Mickey approved

We loved this property. It was my family and mother in law. My kids are older (youngest is 7). However, as a mom I appreciated all the child friendly amenities (beds, high chairs, play areas). For our stay, 3 kids (7-15) and 3 adults it was perfect. We walked to Disney with no problems. We did have one hiccup but the property manager fixed it promptly with no issues to our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Amazing townhouse right by Disney

If you are going to Disney with your family, this is the perfect place to stay! It’s not only walking distance to Downtown Disney, California Adventure and Disneyland. The townhouse had everything we needed and was decorated so wonderfully and was a comfortable place to relax, sleep and dine. We would highly recommend the Magic Townhouse to anyone looking to come to Disney!

Very nice alternative to a cramped hotel.

This condo was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The complex is aged but the condo itself has been updated. Warning for any future ADA guests, the assigned parking space is quite the walk to the unit. We found a better route and I dropped those people off close to the condo. All in all, a very nice place and comfy stay!

Very nice, updated, and clean

Not to far of a walk to Disney. We drove to the parking lot the first night. Our step counters were the same, from the townhouse to downtown Disney and the south parking lot. Would recommend.

Great condo close to Disneyland

We stayed 3 nights at this condo so we could enjoy Disneyland as a family. Besides myself, I brought my two sons, my daughter in law, and my two grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us. Downtown Disney was an easy walk from the condo, and from there, we walked straight to the parks. Very convenient!!!

Overall enjoyed our stay. The unit is as pictures show. Nice pool and hot tub area One drawback was phone connection. All calls dropped or didn’t go through. TV connection also very slow.
