* Pool and spa heat is available for $30 per day.
* Please note that if pool heat is requested after your arrival, a $50 activation fee will apply. If you
would like to add any of these options, please let us know in advance as part of the pre check-in
process so we can prepare accordingly.

Parking is convenient and hassle-free. Guests have access to a private garage for secure vehicle storage, and there is also ample parking available directly in front of the home for additional vehicles or guest use. Whether you're traveling with one car or a few, you'll have plenty of space.

**Check-In Time**
* Anytime after 4:00 PM
* Early check-in is available for $50 per hour, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if
you'd like to request an early check-in so we can make arrangements accordingly.

**Entry Instructions**
* This property uses a Schlage smart lock system.
* You’ll receive an invitation via email or text to download the Schlage Home app.
* Please follow the instructions in the app to create an account and access your digital key.
* Once set up, you’ll be able to lock and unlock the door using your phone.

** Trash Collection – Easy & Daily! **
* Please place your tied trash bags inside the outdoor bench by 7:00 AM
* Trash pickup begins right at 7:00 AM, so anything placed later might be missed
* No loose trash, please — everything should be bagged
* Please break down and bundle cardboard boxes and place them neatly beside the bench
* Kindly avoid using the community dumpsters — they’re not operated by our HOA

* Before heading out, please close and lock all doors and windows for safety.
* No candles or open flames, just to keep things safe.
* Please no smoking inside the house.
* Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property during their stay.

Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on your selected platform and dates. The remaining balance (if applicable) will be due prior to check-in and must be paid in full before arrival.

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation with payment instructions, due dates, and any applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. Guests may cancel for a full refund if done within the cancellation window provided at the time of booking (typically 7 days before check-in).

Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on how close it is to the check-in date.

We always recommend guests consider travel insurance for added peace of mind.
