A fee of $300 will be charged for smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, marijuana, etc.) A fee of $800 will be charged in damages and deep cleaning, if any parties have taken place in and/or outside the property. Outdoor noise detectors and outdoor cameras are active. This fee excludes the cost of actual damage to each furniture piece. This fee is subject to change after a thorough evaluation of the damage if and when a party has taken place on the property without notifying the host. A fee of $250 will be charged for bringing a pet with you during your stay. A fee of $150 will be charged for each additional guest who has not already been included in the reservation.
