We open the first floor of the main house for last minute reservations!



This property can be reserved also as a 5 or 7 bedroom property - inquire if you need more space.



You will exclusively enjoy the pool, 1st floor of main house, and backyard. You will NOT share house with other guests.



Golf cart available to rent $75/day



House is 1500 sq ft on main floor.

5 min walk to the beach and river.Amazing home on the largest lot in St. Augustine! There is a heated, enclosed pool, spa, private putting green, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and lounge seating. All while being surrounded by mature landscaping to help you remember you are in paradise!



You will NOT be sharing the home with other guests - we close down the pool cottage and second floor of the main home so the 1st floor is yours to enjoy. If you need extra space and want a 5 or 7 bedroom home please inquire.



We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach - just pack your clothes! This is a PRIVATE rental (aka nobody additional will be renting property).



Please note: A liability waiver is required within 24 hours of booking.



We have private chefs and photographers for hire as well as an in-house massage therapist. This will be a luxury home and we can't wait to share it with you!
