The spacious interior features large windows and an open floor plan, perfect for families or friends. Step outside onto the expansive deck to soak in the views while sipping coffee or watching the sunset. Book our cabin for your next mountain getaway and create lasting memories.
Our cabin is the ultimate family gathering place, complete with a spacious kitchen for hanging out and a 70 TV for game nights. Enjoy outdoor fun around the firepit and make memories roasting marshmallows. The cabin features 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, including a primary with a king bed, an upstairs room with a king bed, and a downstairs room with a queen and day bed.

*No Parties *No smoking or e-cigarettes inside home *No overnight guests no originally on reservation *Trash must be hauled away *No firearms or discharging of firearms *No cutting down of trees or branches for firewood (firewood will be provided) *No fires or burning other than the approved fire pit *Must adhere to the local US Forestry guidelines for fires *The cabin has a septic system; approved waste only (see notes in bathrooms) *Pets are allowed (limited to 1) and must be denoted on the reservation *Pets must be placed in a kennel when guests depart (without you pet). A large kennel is provided. *Guests must pick up their pet's liter and properly disposeNo smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Notes

*The cabin is located high atop the Yellowtop mountains. The roads are paved and well maintained, but there are a few sharp and winding curves. *The HOA is strict. Parking is only allowed in the driveway, not on the street. *No fires except in the approved fire pits and trash must be hauled away. We'll provide you with heavy duty trash bags and directions to the disposal site. *The cabin has a well, so please try and avoid those long showers :). *Oh, and it's recommended to not feed the wildlife.
