- No smoking, parties, or events. Please be considerate of our neighbors, and no loud music/noise after 9PM.
- Please note that while we host many families with infants and children under 2 years, we do have stairs inside (duplex townhouse) and booking is at your own risk. We have a crib, high chair, stove safety knobs, as well as electrical covers available.
- We only host non-smokers. No smoking or drugs inside (including weed, vaporizers, hookah, e-cigarettes etc.)
- Turn off A/C, heat, and lights when leaving the apartment
