Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request but must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval.

3. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially when using outdoor spaces.

4. No Smoking:
Agave Hideaway is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted inside the home. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. If a pet is permitted, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

6. Events & Parties:
Agave Hideaway is not available for parties or large gatherings. Small, quiet celebrations may be considered with prior approval. Unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction and a fee.

7. Property Respect:
Please treat the property with respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. If something breaks or malfunctions, please notify us immediately so we can make repairs as needed.

8. Use of Amenities:
The property includes amenities such a barbecue. Use these at your own risk and follow all posted safety guidelines.

9. Cleanliness:
We kindly ask that guests leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning or rearrangement of furniture may incur additional charges.

10. Safety & Security:
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. For security purposes, there may be outdoor cameras monitoring the entrance. These are not monitored in real-time but help ensure guest and property safety.

11. Trash & Recycling:
Trash and recycling bins are provided. Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins and follow local recycling guidelines.

12. Respect for Neighbors:
Agave Hideaway is part of a tranquil neighborhood. Please respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors by minimizing noise, particularly outdoors.

13. Liability:
Guests are responsible for their own safety during the stay. Agave Hideaway is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. By booking Agave Hideaway, you agree to adhere to these house rules.

Payment Policy

1. Reservation Deposit:
A reservation deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit is successfully processed.

2. Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance of the booking, including applicable taxes and fees, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. For bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer through Houfy’s secure payment portal.
All payments are processed in USD.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 60 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the reservation deposit. Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before check-in: 50% refund of the reservation deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.

5. Modifications to Reservation:
Reservation modifications, such as date changes, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.

6. Late or Non-Payment:
If payment is not received by the specified due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid cancellation.

7. Additional Fees:
Taxes and other applicable fees will be itemized and included in the total at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

To offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to all guests, we require cancellations to be made 30 days in advance.
