This room is on the 2nd floor, access to front deck with ocean views, swing and hammock. En suite full bathroom. Dedicated workspace inside the room. Smart TV, ceiling fan, front deck.

This room is on the 2nd floor, queen size bed with air mattress and pack n play in closet (if kids need to be closer?!). Access to front deck with ocean views, porch swing and hammock. Uses shared bathroom in hallway. Smart TV, ceiling fan, front deck.

Keypad smart-lock will provide guest access with unique door code that will be active for the specific dates of their reservation.

House Rules

Only guests who are on the reservation may enter the house. Must be a minimum of 25 years young to rent this property.

No smoking, candles, incense, unauthorized guests, parties, gatherings, or illegal activity.

Please be careful and aware when using the stairs, when wet they can be slippery. No sitting, swinging, leaning, climbing, or standing on the neighbor's fence, stair railings, or deck railings (rain or no rain). No hanging, standing or jumping off of hammock, decks, or installed deck swing.

No pets or animals.

A rental agreement will be emailed upon booking confirmation.

Payment Policy

Payment policy is structured to allow flexibility for our guests and your reservation. Reservation deposits /1st payment is 25% of booking total and are due at time of reservation. The total balance (75%) and second payment is due 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policy are as follows:

~60 days or more before check-in: deposit/1st payment is fully refundable.
~30-59 days before check-in: deposit is 50% refundable.
~Less than 30 days before check-in: all payments are non-refundable.

See rental contract for additional terms and conditions. If guest cancels within the non-refundable window and we are able to re-book the same dates, we are happy to refund the guests payments.
