Our condo is on the ocean, with views of the ocean and golf course. You can literally have your toes in the sand in 2-3 months from the front door.

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Beautiful condo and property. Anthony was a hero and helped us out in a pinch when our other rental had no air conditioning or refrigerator that worked. We loved the amenities and pool at the condo complex. We did not understand there was a rock reef at the point where the water met the sand, and the kids were disappointed we could not use the boogie boards. Everyone thought the condo and the property made up for this fact though, so we will try and check the Matanzas Inlet or just head to Crescent beach for the day to do that next time. We really appreciated the quiet serenity of the balcony, the cleanliness of the unit, the cleaning supplies, the many towels, and every room had a TV for the kids. I'm not sure about the checkout procedure... I could not locate it on the fridge or in the app so we just did what we normally do at other rentals so I hope we left the sheets and towels ok for the cleaning crew. Thank you again for a wonderful last vacation before school started. :)

Awesome accommodations within walking distance to the beach! Private and gated community with 2 outdoor pools with a little splash area for the little kids! Neat and clean home was well maintained as well!

Beautiful home. It accommodated my family of 6 very well. It was spacious and clean. The beach was within walking distance and the best part was that the beach wasn't crowded.

Wow! We stayed December 26th-28th What a beautiful place and we found everything we needed. We were on 5 minute walk to beach walkway and just a short drive or you can walk to the oceanfront adult pool! It was a gorgeous view! We also ate at the bar and grill there right across the road from pool but it does close at 4 and there is another pool on that side and small splash kids side for fun that looked beautiful as well on canal or lake side. The gated community is wonderfully safe and makes you feel secure. Of course the golf course right there as well where we watched a few golfers from balcony. We gave Tony a few suggestions but nothing major as the place itself is gorgeous inside, the master bed was comfortable. The beach in in a few reviews we read said rocky but because we visited December, we didn’t get in just walked along beach but it’s lots of seashells and some are crunchy so maybe that’s what they mean. We loved finding some unique shells though. We hope to be back another time than December! Thanks Tony for responding to my checking question as we were later getting our email fast pass for gate but all just in time! A book at place with eating at places suggestions, a few directions or where things inside gated community, and leaving directions all inside book at 234 condo unit would be nice for those not quite internet or tech savvy. We had a great stay, the place is beautiful and quiet, spacious and comfortable. Palm Coast is very beautiful and staying at this condo made it perfect. They have a community pool (one for kids and one for adults), the one for adults is on the beach and it is amazing to go there in the morning and take a walk on the beach. We (family with older kids) enjoyed Tony’s place and will go back again.

We will need, for each vehicle, a driver name, dl#, and plate # (or tell us if its a rental)- this information will be provided to Cinnamon Beach security to allow you access for the length of your vacation.

To check in, the association requires guests to arrive with a "FastAccessPass", noting your drivers license, license plate and state of issuance. We will need these bits of information, as well as your direct email address (as AirBnB's email does not handle attachments), and will send you the FastAccessPass to bring with you.
