Welcome to the Best Of Aspen Grove in Silver! This charming neighborhood is nestled right at the heart of Northstar Resort, making it the ideal location for both adventure seekers and relaxation enthusiasts. One of the highlights of Silver Strike is its proximity to the resort—just a quick 3-minute free shuttle ride or a leisurely 15-minute walk for those who enjoy soaking in the fresh mountain air and scenic views.

Access to this Luxury 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is close to the parking lot and very short steps to the door which is a huge benefit especially if you’re carrying your stuff from your vehicle to the condo.

You have access to the entire place so make yourself at home! Entry porch light are on motion sensor so you can see. The door is assessable by a code, just push the key pad to light up and enter your code which is given on your day of arrival. As you enter the light switch is on your right at the same level as the stair rail. Thermostats are located in Primary bedroom for downstairs and kitchen for upstairs.

Shuttle stop to village is right out front. Use the app to call the shuttle and it’s come in a flash. Silver strike and you’re the only stop.

One of the things I love most about being a host is creating a luxurious home base for my guests, where they can relax and enjoy all that Northstar Resort and Lake Tahoe have to offer. House Rules

**House Rules for a Comfortable and Safe Stay**

- **Shoes**: Please minimize wearing shoes inside to keep our condo clean and cozy.
- **Heat**: Turn the heat down to 55°F when you’re not in the condo to conserve energy.
- **Pets**: No pets are allowed. If a pet is brought anyway, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. For safety, pets must remain on a leash outside due to local wildlife, including bears, coyotes, and mountain lions.

Payment Policy

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due on the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (minus the non-refundable 50% deposit) for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable unless the dates are successfully rebooked.
