✔ Firearms: No firearms allowed (₦500,000 fine/reservation cancellation).
✔ Security Cameras: Tampering with security cameras results in a ₦500,000 fine and reservation cancellation.
✔ Parties: No parties or loud gatherings are allowed (₦500,000 violation fee).

➤ Early Check-in & Late Check-out Fees:
✔ Early Check-in Fees:
1. Red Eye Arrival (7 am): 50% of the nightly rate.
2. Super Early Arrival (9 am): 50% of the nightly rate.
3. Early check-in (1 pm): 15% of the nightly rate, based on availability.
4. Early check-in (2 pm): No charge if pre-arranged and available.

✔ Late Check-out Fees:
1. 15% of the nightly rate for up to 2 extra hours.
2. 30% of the nightly rate for up to 4 extra hours.
3. 50% of the nightly rate for up to 6 extra hours.
4. Full nightly rate applies after 6 hours.

➤ Security Deposit: ₦150,000 (approx. $100), payable in cash at check-in. This deposit is refundable upon checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.

✔ Refund Policy: We are delighted to inform you that your caution fee is fully refundable within 24 hours after checkout, provided there are no damages to our apartment’s amenities or missing items upon inspection. Please note that caution fee refunds over the weekend may take 24-48 hours to process.

✔ Electric Cooker: The switch to operate the cooker is located in the cabinet above your kitchen counter. Smart buttons on the cooker allow you to adjust burners and temperature settings.

✔ TV: Smart TVs in the apartments provide access to DSTV, Netflix, and YouTube. Use the remote controls available in each room to select your preferred source.

✔AC Units: All AC units are preset to 16 degrees but can be adjusted to your comfort using the provided remote control.
