Our spacious North Myrtle Beach House has plenty of gathering space and features 2 spacious, fully stocked kitchens and large dining areas where you can dine or work together. Two large Game Rooms keep everybody entertained! Our Windy Hill location of this North Myrtle Beach house puts you close to all of the North Myrtle Beach golf courses, not to forget, lots of entertainment and great restaurants! We are walking distance to Barefoot Landing, "Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing is one of the most unique & popular dining, shopping & entertainment destinations in the Southeastern seaboard. Restaurants, bars and entertainment include House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Dick’s Last Resort, Crooked Hammock Brewery, Lulu’s Restaurant/Bar/Beach Arcade/Mountain of Ropes to name a few. We are also less than 2 miles away from the famous Tanger Factory Outlet Mall, a destination in and of itself.

(NOTE: Each side of the house is a mirror image of the other side. If guests rent the entire 12BR 12BA house, there are 2 kitchens, 2 Game Rooms, etc. If guests are renting the 6BR 6.5BA option, there is a single kitchen and a single Game Room in each Unit). Outstanding WIFI access throughout the house. Relax on your trip to North Myrtle Beach—this North Myrtle Beach house has a multiple furnished porches where you can read, hang out or just breathe in the warm South Carolina coastal breeze. You can work on your tan by the swimming pool or large sundeck, or walk the 1.5 blocks to the beach and spend the day. The beach offers plenty of ways for you and your guests to enjoy the South Carolina sunshine—there lots of places nearby to rent a Jet Ski, learn to windsurf or parasail, or fish from our many local piers.

Now, I am happy to address the issues that this Guest brought up.
First, it is true that one of our refrigerators inside one of the sides of the house had a compressor go out. As soon as we learned of the problem from this guest, we ordered a brand new refrigerator freezer for this property. It has already been placed in the home.
We attempt to be completely transparent in the description of all nine of our vacation properties. The last thing we want to do is to mislead Guests when they arrive. Our description for this property clearly states that the main living level of this house is up a flight of stairs and that we have no elevator in the home. This is the first guest that has ever presented this as an issue, because we make sure that all of our guests know that they must navigate stairs to access this house. This is common in beachfront properties because of flooding issues with hurricanes or tropical storms.
The guard rails at the home were indeed loose when this guest arrived. Unbeknownst to us, the previous guests had run into a load bearing post, and it had been pushed out of place by a truck, which made the steps and the guard rail rickety. As soon as we learned of this, we Spent $2500 to reset the load bearing post so the stairs and guard rails are all now safe and secure.
With regards to linens in all of our homes, we completely replace all of our bedding and towels every four months in all of our properties. We do this so we have consistency throughout our homes, and so we know, without a doubt, there are no issues with soiled or worn linens.

This means that our homes consistently receive reviews averaging between 4.8 to 4.9 stars. Our guests love our homes and we are very happy to re-welcome return guests more than 40% of the time.
We appreciate constructive feedback because we always know that there’s room for improvement. In this case, however, the guest went a little overboard and exaggerated the complaints.
We promise anybody considering this home that you will have a five star beach experience at a spacious and beautiful beach house.
