Response:Fortunately, 100% of the reviews we have received for this home in the past 12 months have been five star reviews therefore, future guests can read through those other reviews to get an idea of how truly wonderful this house is. Unfortunately, as we all know, it is impossible to please everybody 100% of the time. We have even seen poor reviews for amazing five star beach resort hotels.
Now, I am happy to address the issues that this Guest brought up.
First, it is true that one of our refrigerators inside one of the sides of the house had a compressor go out. As soon as we learned of the problem from this guest, we ordered a brand new refrigerator freezer for this property. It has already been placed in the home.
We attempt to be completely transparent in the description of all nine of our vacation properties. The last thing we want to do is to mislead Guests when they arrive. Our description for this property clearly states that the main living level of this house is up a flight of stairs and that we have no elevator in the home. This is the first guest that has ever presented this as an issue, because we make sure that all of our guests know that they must navigate stairs to access this house. This is common in beachfront properties because of flooding issues with hurricanes or tropical storms.
The guard rails at the home were indeed loose when this guest arrived. Unbeknownst to us, the previous guests had run into a load bearing post, and it had been pushed out of place by a truck, which made the steps and the guard rail rickety. As soon as we learned of this, we Spent $2500 to reset the load bearing post so the stairs and guard rails are all now safe and secure.
With regards to linens in all of our homes, we completely replace all of our bedding and towels every four months in all of our properties. We do this so we have consistency throughout our homes, and so we know, without a doubt, there are no issues with soiled or worn linens.

We rented both sides of the house for our family vacation and cannot say enough good things about it! From booking to check-in to check-out. Craig and the local manager were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. The house is in a great location, was very comfortable and has everything you could need. Close to the beach, attractions and restaurants. We were very happy and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to all AirBnb-ers!

Unfortunately, the first hurdle was trying to get limited mobile elders up rickety stairs with unsturdy handrails.
The description did not state the 1st floor was up 2 flights of stairs. We had issues with the keyless lock, but it was quickly resolved. There are 2 units of which unit 1 is clearly the most used. There were chairs and sleeper sofas that was severely in need of replacement. The refrigerator made a loud noise every night after midnight! Some linen and towels had stains.
Aside from that, the location was ver good. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for my group.

I had to leave another rental no-notice because of a maintenance issue. I found this fantastic property and Craig bent over backwards to get it prepped and ready in a matter of hours. Craig is super friendly and easy to work with. I will make a point of always renting from him in Myrtle Beach and Orlando. 5 star property, service and owner!

We rented both houses for a golf trip. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The place was big enough for our group of 12.
Location is great, we walk to dinner and bagel shop.

the place was perfect for our companies writing retreat. spacious, clean and up the street from Hamburger Joe's which was fabulous lol. we didn't need much because the house was well stocked and waiting for us to fill it with memories. would totally rent again

Our stay at Craig's 12 Bedroom house was excellent! There was ample room for everyone and the property was clean and well equipped. Our guests travelled for a wedding from Washington to southern California to points in the Northeast to Florida and everyone really enjoyed the property! Fortunately the weather was beautiful so some guests enjoyed the pool while others just enjoyed having that outside area to mingle and relax. Other items of note are the ample parking, having two full kitchen/dining areas and that the property manager was immediately responsive in answering the couple questions we had (Thanks Dorian!). In the period leading up to the stay Craig relayed everything we needed to know and was a pleasure to communicate with. If we ever have another large event in the area we will not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you Craig, your house was enjoyed by all. ~Howard
