The perfect location to bring your family to relax and enjoy the beautiful Idaho scenery. Whether you're an outdoors group here to hike, fish, bike, hunt, explore the area, or you'd just like a peaceful place away the from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect home to visit for a while.

There is covered storage space for you to bring your own toys up. A large swim spa, gourmet indoor and outdoor kitchen, and a covered patio are just a few of the spectacular features of this home.

The home is located on private land available for riding ATVs, snowmobiles, hiking, and enjoying the wild beauty of Idaho (*some* hunting privileges available, please inquire).

This home is located in a rural area with nearest town (gas station, restaurant, bar, church, etc.) Kamiah, Idaho about 15 miles away.

There is satellite Internet at the property and no cell service at the home itself.

Our check-out tasks:
-Replace any furniture you moved. Our cleaning crew is not able to move heavy items back to where they belong. 
-Wash white towels with bleach.
-Take the trash to the bins in the garage.
-Start the dishwasher with the dirty dishes.
-Double check that you have all of your belongings and are logged out of TVs before locking all the doors.

The description on Airbnb for Elks Springs Villa did not do it justice. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The home was beautiful, amenities were more than we expected. We were a large group, and the hosts were so accommodating for places for everyone to sleep comfortably. Ann knew snow for sledding was important for our kids, she went out of her way to keep us posted on the current snow conditions. The kitchen was well stocked. The entire home was clean and neat. We felt at home and had a wonderful family reunion. Already planning to go back next year!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, with large spaces great for gathering. It was extremely clean. The view of the snowy trees was amazing. We would love to visit again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We were welcomed to home baked cinnamon bread upon our arrival. Jeralyn's place was the picture perfect setting to spend Thanksgiving. The home is GORGEOUS-so many high end finishes and so much space each family had their own "quarters". The HUGE kitchen was perfect for cooking. Our families absolutely loved the hot tub as well. The surroundings in Kamiah are breathtaking and this home truly was spectacular in every way-we did not want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back again.
